Together with your completed application form(s) you will also need to send us:

1. Two passport photos
2. Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
3. An unedited  DVD recording of my own performance from memory of my chosen work(s) from the repertoire list(s)
4. Two references from musicians of standing, one of which must declare that the recorded performance is genuine, and performed without editing
5. Entry Fee of £60 for the Piano Concerto Competition and/or £20 for the Corby Transcription Competition (if you haven't paid online)
   
6. A signed declaration:
